Mail Needs --

you for considering our services. Since 1989, Voice Connections
has provided a low cost alternative for local and long
distance phone service. Our most popular product is our Wide
Area Metro Calling Service.
A pioneer in the field, Voice Connections remains the
leader in customer satisfaction.
We
offer Voice Mail with Operator Revert, Voice Mail with
Transfer capabilities, Standard Voice Mail, Universal
numbers with extensions, Live Answering Service, Pager
Service, Business and Residential telephone service, 1-800
and Metro telephone numbers, low cost long distance and
wide area flat-rate Metro calling telephone service.
Phone
Services --
Our
Metro calling Service is included with our voice mail service on
our CPS system. We waive the activation fee with prepaid service
of three months.
State sales tax and state fees will be added to the prices
listed.
There are no federal taxes or fees.
Each
outbound call is 10 cents.
There is no time limit per call. You may use our service
from any telephone in the metroplex.
This service is included with our voice mail boxes at no
extra charge except for the usage charge when a call is made.
This service is available on D/FW mailboxes. For metro
calling without voice mail we provide 50 calls for $10 or 100
calls for $15 per month.
What
We Offer --
We
have quite a few options for voice mail.
Our basic local telephone numbers are $11/month and our
metro numbers are $15/month.
You can have various options added including our metro call
return service, caller ID, and transfer capabilities.
Our transfer service can replace an expensive phone system.
It allows callers to reach you at any local number at your
discretion and programmable by you.
Each employee or service can have an extension with
messaging or the caller can be transferred to a cell or both.
We include message alert (notification) to a pager or cell
at no extra charge.
We also have flat rate 8XX mailboxes for $25.00/mo with
usage charges at 5 ¢/minute [150 min/mo included].
Long
Distance Options --
You
may also purchase long distance codes in $5 or $10 increments for
your long distance use at 1.9¢ a minute.
The service will provide you 263 or 526 minutes.
The fees & taxes are approximately 15%. There is also a
25¢ a week maintenance charge.
The taxes & fees will be taken from your balance of
minutes as you use them. You may call us for codes anytime, and
the charge will be added to your Voice Connections Metro service
bill.
State sales tax at 8.25% will be added to each long
distance purchase.
