How to Use Voice Connections

Main Menu --

Press
1.	To hear current messages
	Refer to MESSAGE MENU
2.	To hear saved messages
	Refer to MESSAGE MENU
3.	To create a memo
	Refer to MEMO MENU
4.	To record a new greeting
5.	To play your greeting
6.	To change:
	[1] Transfer No
	[2] Pager Number
	[3] Where Am I Number
	[4] Password
9.	To hang up
#	To change to another account number in the system

Record Your Greeting --

Step 1.	Dial your Voice Connections Telephone No
Step 2.	Interrupt system greeting by pressing #
	Press # a second time if transfer option is on
Step 3.	Enter your password when asked.
	You are now in the MAIN MENU.
Step 4.	Record your personal greeting by pressing 4 and listening to the instructions .
Step 5.	You may now hang up. Voice Connections is now ready to receive your calls

Message Menu Options --

Press
1.	To listen to next message
2.	To save message for later retrieval
3.	To remove message
5.	To fast forward message
6.	To replay message
7.	To hear previous message
8.	To rewind message
9.	To hang up
0.	To hear date and time
*	To go back to the MAIN MENU
#	To send message to another mailbox

Memo Menu --

The memo feature allows you to create and send memos to other mailboxes or to yourself as reminders. Or you can send a memo message to a prearranged group. When you finish creating/sending your memo, remove it by pressing [3] or press [*] and your memo will be in your current message menu for later retrieval.

Retrieving Messages --

Step 1.	Dial your Voice Connections Telephone No.
Step 2.	Interrupt system greeting by pressing #.
	Press # a second time if transfer option is on
Step 3.	Enter your password when asked.
	You are now in the MAIN MENU.
Step 4.	Press [1] to listen to current messages
	You are now in the MESSAGE MENU
Step 5.	Listen to message. Press [2] to save.
	Press [3] to remove. (See Message Menu)
	If you do not save or remove the message
	It will remain as a current message.
	Press [1] to listen to next message.
Step 6.	Repeat Step 5 for remaining messages.
